Operator and scope
xtty is operated by xujian. Contact: support@xtty.sh. These terms cover the xtty website and use of the downloadable macOS terminal and SSH client. Paid xtty Pro licenses are available through the in-app checkout.
Software use
Only connect to computers and services you are authorized to access. You are responsible for commands, scripts, credentials and files used in your sessions. Keep backups of important files. Programs and third-party services used within a terminal have their own terms.
Licenses and ownership
xtty is proprietary software. A paid xtty Pro license is a one-time purchase for up to 2 Macs and includes all future major version updates, as disclosed before checkout. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and notices. Nothing here restricts rights those licenses grant.
Payments
Waffo.com Limited is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for xtty Pro purchases. Checkout is subject to Waffo’s buyer terms. Our refund policy also applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Purchases are initiated inside xtty and completed in the browser checkout.
Availability and consumer rights
Features and compatibility are described on the website and for each release. We do not promise compatibility with every host or third-party program. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for non-conforming digital products.
Violations and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website, community or licensing services, and revoke a paid license where lawful, for a material breach of these terms, fraud or unlawful use. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to address the issue; urgent security or legal requirements may require immediate action. You may stop using xtty at any time. Termination does not remove accrued refund rights, mandatory consumer remedies or obligations arising before termination. Contact support@xtty.sh to ask for a review. This does not authorize us to access or delete files on your Mac.
Support and changes
Contact support@xtty.sh with product questions. Revised terms will state their effective date. Material changes will not remove rights already granted by a purchase without a lawful basis.
